MySurvey.com
This one is like Toluna. Surveys. $20 bucks. But more free stuff to try and give input on. Sadly, they aren't taking new people right now. Its by referral only, but if you leave your email I will send you a referral as they become available.
Knowledge Panel
This is a great site that sends surveys a few times a week. The surveys will often remind you of those fill-in-the-bubble tests. Each survey completed will give you points on your account and when you reach $25 you cash out for a check to be mailed to you.
You can cash out when you reach $10.00 for your first payment. After that if goes to the normal $25 limit!
